We occupied the place next to judges.Well, I witnessed how beautiful the place is and more than that nkita ko how pretty is, ang  Ms. Earth 2004. She is very friendly and down to earth lady.She was one of the judges.Dagul and his fellow, who are both DJ anchor in Davao radio, made our day. "Ang saya-saya".There were dance contest to entertain the buyers, agents and visitors. 

This realty project will boom the place.There are complete amenities package comes with a luxurious home inside a complete environment: swimming pool, club house, commercial establishments like gasoline station, bread house and shopping malls and finance institution.
